CCL Benefits for Female Employees of Public Sector Banks
Women employees working in Public Sector Banks (PSBs) have access to a range of benefits offered by the banks. These benefits, including leave provisions, are established through Bipartite Settlements (BPS)/ Joint Notes, which are uniformly applicable across all PSBs.
Presently, there is no specific provision for childcare leave exclusively tailored for female employees within PSBs. However, these banks do grant maternity leave for a duration of 12 months, as outlined in the BPS / Joint Note. Additionally, PSBs have introduced Sabbatical leave for their female employees, which can be utilized for various purposes, including childcare.
